President

ASUN President Ziad Rashdan

Bio

Ziad Rashdan is a 21-year-old Economics and Finance student at the University of Nevada; a Northern Nevada native. He has been involved with ASUN for four years and is currently serving as President of ASUN. Aside from ASUN, Ziad is also an active member in the Greek community, both professionally and socially. In addition to those organizations, Ziad has also been involved in other clubs and organizations such as College Life 101, founding member of the College of Business Peer Mentor Program, and Business Student Council.  Ziad hopes his dedication for the University and ASUN is reflected through his experiences and efforts. Go Pack!

Bio

Elliot has been at the University of Nevada since fall 2010; while here he has participated across campus in many different leadership roles, including founding the Alpha Epsilon Pi Fraternity and serving as it's president, being the president of Hillel since Fall of 2011, serving on the College of Liberal Arts Student Advisory Board as an Executive Member, serving as an Orientation Guide, and serving in the 80th Session of the ASUN Senate where he was the Parliamentarian and the Chair of the Committee on Government Operations. Elliot was elected Vice President of ASUN on March 14, 2013 and is extremely excited to serve the students in a new capacity to better the institution. 

Goals for 2013-2014

  1. Increase Transparency and Accountability
  2. Increase Late Night and Weekend Programming
  3. Increase Diversity Initiatives
