ASUN General Internship Application

Government Relations Internship Program

An internship in the Department of Legislative Affairs will expose the individual to politics, legislation, lobbying, event planning, and task management. Our interns will be asked to participate in all Department Meetings, attend events sponsored by the department, help with coordinating events and be active in discussions regarding the 2016 legislative Session and our events on campus. We ask that our interns have an interest in politics, be well organized and have an open mind to any and all ideas.

Judicial Internship Program

The Judicial Internship Program at the Associated Students of the University of Nevada (ASUN) provides an opportunity for undergraduate students to learn about the judicial council’s role in ASUN through direct involvement with actual council cases. Involvement in the program prepares students for the challenges of working as a justice. As Chief Justice, I will be directly involved in the internship program, shaping its curriculum and guiding you through the experience.

Executive Internship Program

Through the Executive Internship Program undergraduate students will have the chance to work under The President, Vice President, Chief of Staff, Deputy Chief of Staff, Director of Campus and Public Relations, Director of Diversity and Inclusion, or the Attorney General. Executive Interns shall assist Executive members in researching projects, budgetary issues, and all other matters of operations as necessary.

Legislative Internship Program

The Legislative Internship Program at the Associated Students of the University of Nevada (ASUN) provides an opportunity for undergraduate students to learn about the legislative processes in your student government while developing a one-on-one mentor relationship with a current senator.

Club and Organizations Internship Program

The Department of Clubs and Organizations Internship Program works to uphold the mission and vision of ASUN by teaching students how to serve as a campus resource and clearinghouse for information regarding the Department of Clubs and Organizations. Interns better the University as a whole by executing the laws and functions related to the department

ASUN Programming and Blue Crew Internship Application

Programming Internship Program

A Programming Intern serves as a volunteer and active learning individual, who is being educated and prepared to become a member of the Programming Board. Interns will be given the chance to inspire students and give them a full undergraduate experience through social, traditional, and unity programming events.

Blue Crew Internship Program

A Blue Crew Intern serves as a volunteer and active learning individual, who is being educated and prepared to become a member of Blue Crew. Interns will be given the chance to program events for students and community members at athletic events.
