Every year, the Elections Commission is charged with the task of getting new government officials elected into office. Elections are held every March, with the new government session beginning in the middle of April. This is a wonderful way to make your voice heard and to select student representatives who will work on issues that you feel are important to success at the University of Nevada. The Elections Commission most recent success was getting 19% of the student body to cast ballots in the 2011 General Elections, which was offered for the first time online through WebCampus.
The 2012-2013 Elections will facilitated through WebCampus the second week of March. Please see the list below for crtical dates and other information.
VOTE March 13 & March 14 via WebCampus until 6 pm on March 14th or vote at one of our poling locations: The Fish Bowl on the second floor of The Joe Crowley Student Union from 8 am to 6 pm—OR—The Student Lounge in the Business Building from 2 pm to 6 pm.
