Graduation is approaching fast and this year’s University graduates are gearing up for the real world. Christina Gunn is an undergrad student at the University who will soon be a college graduate. She will be graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education and a dual minor in Mathematics and Communications Studies.
“I’m so excited,” Gunn said. “But I am also nervous about going into the real world and being away from the environment I’ve grown so comfortable with over the past four and a half years!”
Gunn held several positions within ASUN throughout her years at the University. She held three different positions in Flipside and is now the ASUN Attorney General. Gunn encourages current undergrad students to explore all of the options that the University has to offer them in order to find the major that fits them the best. After graduation, Gunn plans on moving to Las Vegas where she will be student teaching at a high school. Eventually, she plans on going to law school to pursue a law degree.
The Graduation Ceremony will be held this Saturday, December 10, at the Lawlor Events Center. Graduates will begin lining up at 8:00 a.m. and the Ceremony will begin at 8:30 a.m. For a list of all the graduating students, click here
